I would not trust them with a billy cart. Through an insurance claim they had minor repair work to complete on the rear passenger side quarter of my car. The repair work was substandard with paint runs and pin holes yet they insisted the car was ready for collection. When I got there a piece of my driver side door handle was missing which they suggested was like that when I dropped it off, which it was not. I had to argue with them to repair damage they had caused meaning a return visit when the parts came in. When my insurer insisted I had to give them a 2nd chance at the repair work, I told them there was no way this repairer was taking possession of my car again, and I'm living with a dodgy repair job.
