Kallangur Motel

This motel has multiple small, compact rooms that are particularly popular as a north Brisbane stopover for one or two people. At least one also has a spa bath. Some renovated like new. Situated at the rear of the Kallangur Tavern of which they were once part. The owner(not managers) have made some very bad upgrades to the old units. Big gap under the door; just a welcome to cockroaches and wind. Inside the cupboards, holes cut very badly and left for bugs to come in from the lod building that dates from 1972. Large pump occupies part of a cupboard under the sink bench. Very old/low quality cutlery and asstd crockery from an old pub? Blankets on bed are wrong size and washed-up old, double bed motel stock.See photos. In brief the old units are disgraceful . The new possibly better. Be sure to ask when booking.
